Terms of Service
The agreement governing your access to and use of Zoekee.
Agreement and operator
These Terms form an agreement between you and the Florida limited liability company that operates Zoekee. In these Terms, “Zoekee,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use it only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the Service if applicable law bars you from doing so. We may request information reasonably needed to confirm eligibility.
United States availability
The Service is currently designed and offered for people in the United States. We plan to support international communities, but we will announce that expansion when the Service and policies are ready.
Access from another country does not mean we offer the Service there. If you access it outside the United States, you are responsible for applicable local law and do so at your own risk.
Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current
- Protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account
- Do not sell, transfer, or share an account in a way that undermines safety or trust
Community participation
Use Zoekee lawfully and follow the Community Guidelines. You may not disrupt the Service, bypass safeguards, spread malware, scrape without permission, commit fraud, or access systems without authorization.
Some features may not be available yet. Do not use unrelated features to imitate a disabled marketplace, payment, messaging, or promotional feature.
Information is not professional advice
Zoekee provides general educational and community content. Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances.
Zoekee does not provide medical, veterinary, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Use qualified professionals when health, safety, legal rights, or significant property is involved.
Your content
You keep your ownership rights in content you submit. You are responsible for it and must have the rights and permissions needed to post it.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, distribute, format, moderate, and adapt your content as reasonably needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
That license ends when your content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal or safety records, and contributions incorporated into collaborative content or shared by others before deletion.
Public content may be seen, copied, or shared by others. Do not post information you expect to remain private.
Our service and intellectual property
The software, design, brand, logos, and original materials in the Service belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of them.
If you believe content infringes your copyright, send us a copyright report. Identify the work, the content URL, your contact details, and why you believe the use is unauthorized.
Third-party and future paid services
The Service may link to third parties. We do not control their content, availability, security, or practices, and their own terms and policies apply.
If we introduce paid or marketplace services, additional terms, prices, refund rules, and payment disclosures may apply. Those features are not offered merely because related code or placeholder pages exist.
Moderation, suspension, and changes
We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the Service, comply with law, or reduce harm.
We may change or discontinue features. If we materially change these Terms, we will post the updated version and revise the date above. Additional notice may be provided when appropriate.
Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some laws do not allow certain exclusions or limits. In those places, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Florida law and venue
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not eligible for small claims court must be brought in a state or federal court located in Florida.
These Terms, the Community Guidelines, and any feature-specific terms are the entire agreement about the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
